As a former IT specialist, I have always believed that there is more to being human than a binary system. I retrained as a psychotherapist in 1998. I have had a private practice in London since 2000, and I am now based in Northamptonshire. I work online and face-to-face.

My framework is relational and trauma-informed. Simply put, we can explore the impact of early and current relationships on your sense of self and well-being. The interaction between therapist and client begins to highlight, clarify, and heal the pattern of relational problems.

Although the focus of my practice has broadened over the years, PTSD, adverse childhood experiences, peri and post menopause and anxiety are my special interests.

I welcome and support clients from all walks of life, including those from LGBTQIA+ communities and diverse cultures. My practice is grounded in respect, curiosity, and cultural sensitivity. I’m committed to creating a safe, affirming space where every person’s identity and experience is honoured.

What to expect?

A session lasts 50 minutes and is held once a week. Two sessions a week can be helpful in times of crisis or exploring complex and challenging work more deeply. Our contract can be long-term, open-ended, or short-term.

My fees are as follows:

70 GBP for individual therapy

75 GBP for couples

Please call/email me to discuss sliding scale fees.
